Usk Vale's Bronze Free Range Turkeys roam and forage on rolling Monmouthshire pastures from the age of six weeks. This freedom to exercise gives the turkeys an enriched way of life which helps to develop and improve the quality of meat, giving it superb flavour and texture.
We will do our best to provide a turkey as close as possible to your selected weight; however, the exact weight may vary.
An approximate serving guide for our turkeys:
4 - 6 kg = 6 to 10 people
6 - 8 kg = 10 to 16 people
8 - 10 kg = 16 to 22 people
10 kg+ = 22+ people
